15 : Single Leg Deadlift @ 20 lbs x 2

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

5 : Bilateral Push Press @ 20 lbs

10 : Chest Press @ 20 lbs x 2

15 EACH SIDE : Single Arm Rows @ 20 lbs

20 : Russian Twists @ bodyweight
