10 : Bottom Loaded Curtsy Lunges - LEFT @ 15 lbs (DB on LEFT side)

10 : Single Arm Racked Split Squats - LEFT @ 15 lbs (DB on LEFT shoulder)

10 : BANDED 1.5 Rep Squats + Squat Jacks @ bodyweight
