UPPER/CORE UNILATERAL SUPERSET : 3 X RIGHT & LEFT

10 : Single Arm Chest Press @ 22 lbs

10 : Single Side Jackknives @ bodyweight

After each round R/L 10 Bilateral Supinated Rows @ 22 lbs x 2
