20 : Alternating SEATED Military Press @ 12 lbs x 2

10 : Weighted Crunches @ 12 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Russian Twists @ 25 lbs

10 : Bilateral SUPINATED Rows @ 25 lbs x 2
