10 : Bottom Loaded Bulgarian Split Squats @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs x 2 (WORKING side foot forward, DBs in BOTH hands)

10 : Goblet Step Up + Reverse Lunge @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (WORKING side leg steps, DB @ chest)

10 : Single Leg Squat @ bodyweight (WORKING side foot on bench)

UPPER/CORE UNILATERAL CIRCUIT : 3 X RIGHT & LEFT

10 : Single Arm Push Press @ 15 lbs / 30 lbs (DB on WORKING side)

10 : Single Arm FOREARM Plank Row @ 15 lbs x 30 lbs (DB on WORKING side, OPPOSITE forearm on bench)
